Created main stage and successfully did an SBI test
Setup now lets you load everything via mask ROM USB protocol
Load DRAM init to SRAM and run, jump back to mask ROM
Load SBI test (S-mode code) to DRAM
Load main stage with SBI implementation as well

Got bl_boot to the point where it can load any binary for any core to run immediately
