POR for conditional branch immediate is to add two new instructions, for Equal and Not Equal conditions, that accept one register specifier and one unsigned immediate, where the value zero is interpreted as negative one.
SIG will hold a vote to recommend creating a TG for conditional branch immediate instructions, planned for the meeting on 2/6
